A promotional video for Queenswood’s Sixth Form, created in 2019 by Chris Mugford, has scooped three awards at a Los Angeles film festival.

The video, with the strapline ‘Whatever the future holds, you’ll be ready’, depicts Sixth Form students imagining themselves in futuristic workplaces, and then as adults reminiscing with their own children about their time at Queenswood.

It won Awards of Merit in three categories at IndieFest 2024: Best Commercial Film, Best College/University Film, and Viewer Impact – Best Content and Message Delivery.

IndieFest his is a significant global awards festival, open to all kinds of film from features to music videos, with entries coming from many countries but mostly from the US. Previous winners have gone on to win Oscars and Emmys.
